THE WAY WE
PLAY.
These draft terms describe the current BREAK DISH website. The project does not identify the website operator, so these terms need that information and a legal review before launch.
About this website
BREAK DISH is being developed as a website for pool-community information. The current project includes player account registration, sign-in and player profile editing, an email contact form, and illustrative competition sections. It does not identify the person or organisation that operates the site. Add the operator's real name and contact details before publication.
Player accounts
Visitors can register, sign in and edit their own display name, location and biography. Public player pages, league membership and account deletion are not currently available. Do not treat profile information as a league entry or confirmed player registration.
Illustrative content
Fixture rows, table entries, player and team cards, and news panels on the current homepage are examples of layout only. They are not actual fixtures, results, rankings, player statistics, teams or news. Do not rely on them as competition information.
Competitions and money leagues
The homepage says that competition formats, entry details, rules and prize information will be published once confirmed. It does not currently offer confirmed event terms or an entry facility. If competitions are launched, publish the applicable rules, fees, eligibility, dates, prize details and organiser contact information before inviting entries.
Contact form
You may use the form to send a genuine enquiry. Do not submit unlawful, threatening or knowingly misleading material, or information you are not entitled to share. The contact form sends accepted messages to the configured email recipient through the service described in the Privacy & Cookies notice; the API does not retain messages in a database or local files.
External services and links
The website relies on services outside this project for typefaces and, when configured, contact-email delivery and hosting. Their own terms apply to those services. The operator should review the final service setup and add any necessary service-specific information before launch.
Updates and contact
The operator may update these terms when the site changes. The operator's contact details are not yet supplied in the project. Add a working contact route and have the final terms reviewed before the website is used publicly.
